Grove Park is a brand-new luxury purpose-built facility, benefiting from the latest safety and technology features and has been designed to a very high specification.

The person will be responsible for the supervision, support, and development of a team of Health Care Assistants to enable the delivery of high-quality care in line with the identified needs and personal preferences of our residents.

The successful candidates will act as a role model in the delivery of personal, social and emotional care. Duties include supervision of care staff, delegating tasks, and the assessment of individual needs. Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important as well as an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLS & MCA.

The post holder will also be required to monitor and safeguard the quality-of-service delivery and record keeping, ensuring that they meet the requirements of the company’s policies & procedures, the National Minimum Standards and Care Quality Commission Guidance. You will need to have current NMC registration and good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices.
